Apps, categories or websites from Apple's Screen Time picker. Tandem never sees a list, only opaque tokens.

Slide to a time, lock in
5, 15, 30, 60 minutes or ∞ until released. Hard mode means no way out, not even your partner.

Ask, and wait
Send a reason. Your partner's phone gets a push. Releasing ends the lock at once, or they say not yet.
